MENOPAUSE COUNSELLOR AND LIFE COACH

Suzanne Barbour

Menopause Counsellor and Life Coach

Suzanne Barbour – Menopause Mentor and Life Coach

I'm Suzanne, a Menopause Mentor and Life Coach specialising in helping women navigate the emotional, physical and practical challenges of perimenopause and menopause.

I offer one-to-one support sessions for women who are feeling overwhelmed, unheard or unsure about what’s happening to their bodies and minds. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, brain fog, sleep issues or just not feeling like yourself, you're not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out alone either.

Alongside menopause support, I also offer coaching for women navigating cancer recovery and those exploring or living with an ADHD diagnosis. These experiences can bring added challenges during times of hormonal and emotional change, and my coaching provides a compassionate, informed space to make sense of it all and move forward with clarity.

As a menopausal woman myself, a cancer survivor, divorcee and veteran of the Royal Air Force, I know what it means to adapt through life’s toughest transitions. I combine lived experience with over 20 years in coaching and training to offer a safe, understanding space for women to be supported, informed and empowered.

I also work with families and workplaces to improve understanding of menopause and emotional wellbeing—because when the people around you 'get it', the journey becomes so much easier.

If you’ve ever found yourself thinking “Why didn’t anyone tell me this?”or ‘I wish I’d known that at the time—you’ve found the right place.

Let's make sure you're no longer in the dark about your own wellbeing.
