Hi. I'm Amy.

Pilates Coach 

I’m a mum to two brilliant and energetic boys, Leoand Eddie, and a passionate advocate for women’s health and wellbeing. Based in Leicester, I’m a qualified Physiotherapist, certified fitness trainer, and Reformer Pilates instructorwith over 15 years of experience helping women move, recover, and thrive.


After a life-changing gap year in Australiain 2004, I completed my Master Trainer qualificationwith the Australian Institute of Fitness (AIF). That journey led me to London, where I worked across a range of settings—from busy gyms and luxury retreats to one of Notting Hill’s most exclusive reformer Pilates studios.


Now, I bring that expertise home to Leicester, supporting women through every stage of their fitness and recovery journeys—with specialist focus on postnatal rehabilitation, core restoration, and functional strength.
