Charles graduated from London South Bank University with a Master’s degree in Chiropractic and holds qualifications in Sports Massage and Cupping Therapy. He enjoys helping people of all ages and activity levels overcome musculoskeletal pain, improve their function, and get back to doing the things that matter most to them.

Charles takes a personalised approach to care, combining hands-on treatment with tailored rehabilitation, education, and practical advice to empower patients to manage their condition with confidence and achieve lasting results.

Charles has a particular interest in promoting longevity and quality of life, believing that movement and exercise play an important role in recovery and overall wellbeing. Outside of the clinic, he has competed in basketball at a high level, giving him valuable insight into injury prevention, rehabilitation, and the physical demands of sport, while his focus remains on helping every patient feel and function at their best.
